The LATEX2HTML project would like to thank all contributors for
their support and the neverending struggle to improve this
software.
Special thanks go to
- Nikos Drakos,
the original author of LATEX2HTML. It was his idea
to use the Perl scripting language to convert LATEX markup to HTML.
As of today, this approach has proven to be the right one - LATEX2HTML runs on a vast number of platforms and has a large user community.
- The TEXUser Group
for taking over the mailing list
latex2html@tug.org.
- The Student's Representatives
at the Mathematics and Physics Faculty of Bayreuth University, Bayreuth,
Germany. They run the notorious saftsack
Linux server that hosts the development repository and these web
pages. May the force be with you!
- The Max-Planck-Gesellschaft
in Garching, Germany, for providing an online
Archive
of the LATEX2HTML mailing list
latex2html@tug.org.
We won't forget the support of Argonne National Laboratories
for their long-year provisioning of infrastructure
(mailing list and web space), namely Ian Foster
and Bob Olson.
